Asbestos Abatement
Asbestos has to be identified and removed before demolition disturbs it, and it is common in Florida buildings put up before the 1980s. Allied handles this through their sister company, ALLIED Wrecking Industrial Services, which means the survey, the abatement and the demolition are coordinated rather than split between firms.

Before you call
Do I need a survey before demolition?
For an older building it is usually required, and it is worth having regardless — finding asbestos mid-demolition stops the job and costs considerably more than finding it beforehand.
Who actually does the abatement?
ALLIED Wrecking Industrial Services, the sister company. The advantage is that abatement and demolition are sequenced together instead of being coordinated across two separate contractors.
