Text Messaging.

What ALLIED Wrecking, LLC sends by text message, how you agree to receive it, and how to stop it at any time.

Who sends these messages

Text messages come from ALLIED Wrecking, LLC, 5805 N 50th Street, #A22, Tampa, FL 33610. They are sent by Allied’s own office about a project you contacted Allied about. Allied does not send text messages on behalf of anyone else, and does not text people who have not asked to hear from Allied.

What Allied texts you about

Estimates, scheduling, when a crew is on the way, instructions for sending photos of the site, and follow-up questions about your job. That is the whole list. Allied does not send marketing, promotions, special offers or newsletters by text, and there is no subscription to join.

How you opt in — by phone

When you call Allied, the assistant that answers, Ally, asks once — after reading your callback number back to you — whether texting that number is all right. The question she asks is:

“Is it okay if we text you at that number about this project? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

If you say yes, that is your consent and it is recorded against your request with the date and time of the call. You will then receive one confirmation text. If you say no, we will not text you, and you receive exactly the same service by phone and email. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of getting an estimate or scheduling work.

How you opt in — on this website

Every form on this site that asks for a phone number carries a tick box reading “Yes, ALLIED Wrecking, LLC can text me about my estimate and job scheduling.” It starts empty, it is never ticked for you, and leaving it empty does not stop your estimate request from being sent. Your answer either way is stored with your request.

How you opt in — in person

If you give your mobile number to Kilroy or a member of the crew and agree that Allied can text you about the job, that is recorded against the job in the same way. As with every other route, it is optional.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your job — typically a handful of messages around scheduling and on the days work is taking place. There is no fixed number and no recurring campaign.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Those are charged by your mobile carrier under your own plan; Allied does not charge you for the messages.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message from Allied and the messages stop. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that unless you opt back in. You can also call Allied at (813) 957-2150 and ask to be taken off, or reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT, which work the same way.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message and you will get a reply with Allied’s name and how to reach a person. You can also call (813) 957-2150 or email kilroydemo@gmail.com.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
