Pasco County

Pasco County has absorbed a lot of the growth pushing north out of Tampa, which means demolition here is often the first stage of a larger site development rather than a standalone job. Land clearing and structure removal on acreage are as common as building demolition, and properties frequently carry outbuildings, old barns or agricultural structures that came with the land.

Hillsborough County

Hillsborough County covers Tampa and the towns spreading east and south of it, and the demolition work reflects how fast that area has changed. Older bungalows and mid-century blocks sit next to new infill, so teardowns before a rebuild are common, as are commercial strip-outs where a tenant space is being turned over. Permitting runs through Hillsborough County or the City of Tampa depending on which side of the line the property falls.

Pinellas County

Pinellas County is the most densely built county in Florida, and that shapes every demolition job in it. Lots are tight, structures sit close to their neighbours, and access is usually the first problem to solve rather than the last. A great deal of the housing stock predates 1978, which makes asbestos and lead surveys a routine part of the work rather than an exception.

Manatee County

Manatee County runs from Bradenton out to the barrier islands, and the work splits along the same line. Inland it is conventional residential and commercial demolition; nearer the coast, salt exposure, older waterfront construction and seawall-adjacent structures change what is involved. Access on the islands is frequently the constraint that decides how a job is approached.

Sarasota County

Sarasota County sits at the southern end of Allied's service area. The building stock ranges from mid-century homes being taken down for replacement builds through to commercial property being repositioned, and demolition is frequently the opening phase of a rebuild rather than a clearance for its own sake.
